Post:  Treasurer for Citizens Advice Leicestershire Trustee Board

Location: Leicester

Salary: Voluntary

 

We are seeking someone who can offer the skills relevant to financial oversight of a large organisation.   We require an individual  who can demonstrate commitment and integrity in advising the Board on the financial health of the organisation.

The post holder will work closely with the Chief Executive and support/review the work of the Finance manager

Responsibilities include presentation of the management accounts at Board meetings, and developing the financial strategy for the organisation..

This is not a book keeping role and may suit an Accountant or similar individual who has  substantial experience of managing finance and accounts in an organisation of a comparable size (turnover £1.5m).

The post holder can expect to meet with relevant staff up to twice a month and attend monthly trustee meetings.
